RiverRest is home to Rainbow Heart Healing Arts. The photos on this page will change as events and seasons unfold. It has been a long held prayer to offer a place for peace, healing, and community. While I enjoy presenting and facilitating workshops and mentorships and offering sessions at other centers and locations, it is important for me to share a place that reflects my creative energies and spirit. Although RiverRest is a small in size, it is big in charm, energy and character. I offer some photos that illustrate some of its many dimensions. Enjoy! Blessings,

Welcome to RainbowHeart Healing Arts!
Debra Rainbow Heart (Holloway) is pleased to announce the grand re-opening of her new, larger beautiful healing space, located at RiverRest, her home on Salmon Falls Road in Buxton, Maine. (Shared with her husband, Fred, their dear companion dogs, Devon and Shiloh, and two mellow long haired cats, Penny and Twinkles.)

Debra’s practice started in 1996, formerly known as River of Light Healing Arts, has evolved to include Shamanic Healing, transformational Muna-Ki rites, mentorships, classes and retreats, as well as Polarity Therapy and other integrative energy medicine modalities. She is pleased to announce the following “Open House” dates, when you are invited to come and visit this new space, schedule (in advance) a 30 minute energy mini- session and assessment ($20 donation), and/or participate in drawings for discounted sessions & classes. door prizes, etc., and purchase some of my visionary art.

“I recreated the space to reflect my love of the southwest, and to be a sanctuary for peace and healing. The walls are painted in soft washes to create the warmth and rustic feeling of adobe. The green and rose accents create a soothing, welcoming space. ” The light filled room overlooks the Saco River, and is accented with Debra’s original art work as well Southwestern art.

The ajoining waiting area also features some of Debra’s art and southwest decorative pieces along with a bookcase filled with books on the healing arts, Native American and shamanic healing themes. Just outside this hidden retreat and entrance at the rear of the house, is a sweet cottage flower and herb garden complete with a wicker chair for relaxing before or after a healing session. The garden features a healing medicine circle of crytstals, amethyst clusters and herbs, along with an Inka Sun Staff blessed by the Q’ero elders in ceremony in the high Andes of Peru. Standing in this energy vortex is a powerful experience!
An Angelic Presence
A short stroll leads you down to the banks of the river, or to a natural log seat for enjoying a shady retreat and the reflections of light on the water. “Our back yard and river frontage has numerous visitors including bald eagles, osprey, great blue herons, wood ducks, river otters, beaver, red fox, red tail and marsh hawks, crows and ravens, piliated woodpeckers, woodchuck, chipmunks, racoons, indigo bunting, cardinals, cedar wax wings and hummingbirds to name some of our favorites! We are located a short walk or drive from several nature preserve areas, which serve as the extended outdoor classroom for some of the workshops and classes I offer. These magical retreating places expand opportunities to connect with nature and ourselves on a deeper level.

RiverRest is a magical little house, with it’s sacred space tucked away from the noise and hectic pace of everyday life.
