Session Follow up
You will continue your transformational process between sessions and will be offered tools to support your journey – powerful ceremonies and rituals that help you completely transform the energies and reclaim your power. These “homework” assignments are as important as the sessions themselves and help anchor the new energies in your luminous field, your physical body, belief systems, consciousness, etc. “Assignments” might include a fire ceremony, journaling, creating a personal ritual, creating an altar, spending time in nature, working with your power animal, soul part or power object. There are many opportunities to grow our souls and our personal power!
